Return and Refund Policy

i) All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for wrong products shipping or defective products. You have three (3) days to return an item from the date you received it. 


When the product receive isn't same with what you ordered, you could: 


a. Return back - Please send your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking. We will bear the postage/ courier fees for return item. 


b. Once received the returned items, we will send out the exact product to you within three (3) working days. 


ii) If you don't enjoy our snack, you may contact us to give your valuable opinion and suggestion.
